Remote Device Configuration

PIN time outs and GPS accuracy thresholds for all devices are configured remotely through the User website. Setting up a device is as easy as entering the Activation Code.

Messaging

Employees can be notified of meetings, schedule changes, or any other information directly through the system. Messages are device agnostic, so they will get the message no matter which device they use.

Message Attachments

Messages can be augmented with the attachment of a phone number, email address, or location which can be opened using other applications, right from the system. You could send them the name of the location, and tapping on the store in the system will search for location with that name near the employee.

Where & When? aided by Interactive Maps

Employee actions are displayed on interactive maps, allowing you to follow them throughout the day. Maps can be zoomed in and out for context, and GPS accuracy is depicted on the map itself.

Employee Field Notes

Employees working in the field can append notes to any recorded action, which can be read by those in the office. For example, notes can be used to document a skipped job or a travel detour.

Electronic & Paperless Office

Electronic time sheets are as accessible as paper time sheets without the waste of paper. You can access them from anywhere with an internet connection, and view them in realtime or export to PDF or Excel for offline access, record keeping, or payroll services.

Job Assignment

Each activity performed by employees can be categorized into a job, so you can easily determine what they were doing during that time. This can be used simply to filter search results, or for more advanced purposes such as job order costing.

Automatic Clock-Out

To prevent overages, limits can be set on hours for your whole company, by job, by device, or even by employee on an individual basis. If an employee works past the maximum limit you set, they are automatically clocked out to save you time and money.

Bulk Adjustments

Adjusting all your employees' time for lunch, breaks, or delays is as easy as adjusting one employee. Our Bulk Adjustment system lets you specify which employees should have time added or deducted and the then makes all the changes for you.
